1. Can I change my data?

You can change your personal data at any time. Enter your User ID and password to access services, then go to USER area on the control panel and click on the link "Change personal data".

When buying a product or a service, your invoicing and delivery information will be shown and you will be able to modify both of them at that time also.

2. How can I use my recharge?

You can use your Messagenet recharge for all of Messagenet's "pay as you go" services: making VoIP calls and sending faxes and SMS messages. But you cannot use your credit to purchase things on our website.

3. What are conditions of payment?

Messagenet services and products can be purchased in three different ways:

• An online credit card transaction. Secure payment through GestPay from Banca Sella
• Bank transfer
• Credit card via fax

Warning: Online credit card payments and bank transfers are temporarily unavailable for all services that must be paid with a monthly fee.

4. What can I do if the system won't let me pay online with my credit card when I want to check out?

If you want to enable online payment with your credit card, please make the first payment by credit card via fax. Specify in your fax that you want to enable online payments. Please send a copy of your identification document also.

5. Can I pay with American Express?

No.

6. Can I unsubscribe from all services?

Yes you can, but be aware that all pre-paid and post-paid rates plus your leftover credit will be lost.

And all configurations and numbers associated with your account will be lost too.

To unsubscribe, you need to go to the USER section, select "Change personal data" . At the bottom of the page you will find the link for unsubscribing from all Messagenet services.

7. What is a credit balance alert?

To prevent you from unexpectedly running out of credit, Messagenet sends you two alerts.
The first alert is set at 6.00€ and can be customised from the "Credit management" page after you log in. The second alert is set at 1.20€ and cannot be modified.
You will be notified by email at the address you entered when you registered. This address can be modified from the "change personal data" page.

8. Credit balance alert via SMS

The credit balance alert via SMS is free.
It can be used by validating your mobile phone number from the mobile validation page, in the SMS section.
